We understand that visiting a church for the first time can be a little nerve-racking, especially if you are not sure what to expect.  Here are some answers to frequently asked questions to give you a better idea about what THRIVE is all about.

Where’s Thrive Church Located?

Thrive Church is a multicultural, multiethnic community based in the Greater Vancouver area. We’re located at Unit 200 - 6061 No. 3 Road, Richmond.

We’re right across from Brighouse SkyTrain Station. When you exit the station, cross No. 3 Road and enter through the front door between Sun Dentistry and Lend Direct.

If you’re parking in the parkade, you can also reach us by going to Level 3A and entering through the Thrive Church parkade entrance.

What time is our Sunday Service?

We meet every Sunday at 9:30AM and 11:30AM.

Where do I park?

There is a parkade called Three West Centre Parkade at the back of the building.

Enter through the parkade and go up to Level 3A, where you’ll find the Thrive Church entrance.

If it’s your first time visiting, just head to the Thrive Church parkade entrance on Level 3A. We have kiosks where you can enter your license plate, and we’d love to cover your parking as our way of saying “Welcome — we’re glad you’re here.”

What should I wear?

Thrive Church is a casual environment, so just wear whatever you’re comfortable in!

What about my kids?

THRIVE is a family-friendly place.  We believe children are precious to God.  So we do our best to provide a safe environment where kids can learn about Jesus and have fun while doing so!

For infants (ages 0-3), we have a nursery rooms where parents can be with their infant children while watching the service broadcasted on closed circuit TV.

For children Age 3 to Grade 4, we provide age-appropriate environments where kids can learn practical life lessons about Jesus and the Bible and have fun while doing so!

We also have Preteen ministries (Grade 5-Grade 7) meeting every Sunday morning at 9:30am. We make it our goal to create an environment to help your preteen children understand and apply biblical truths to their lives.

For children older than 12, we encourage you to bring them into the service with you.

Do I need to be a Christian in order to attend a service?

No! We are a diverse community. That means that some of us are just checking out Jesus and the Bible for the first time, while others of us have been going to church for years.
